Mead Wellness Coaching is led by certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, Liz Mead.
Liz uses a behavior-based model that emphasizes skill building, daily practice and a progressive series of actions that in turn if done consistently can lead to muscle gain and/or fat loss.
She believes in a flexible lifestyle program and works with clients to find foods that best serve their needs, goals and what makes them feel their best. She also helps clients implement techniques to increase sleep, recovery and to reduce stress. These are pivotal especially as hormones change.
She also provides access to strength training programs focusing on progressive overload to improve strength, endurance and to prevent a plateau.
